Soo I was getting a little sick of us having to pay for Ryan's haircuts every couple weeks so we decided I would give it a shot! Haha we bought the clippers and it went pretty well for my first try! Ry was a very brave subject...
I tried to get him to pose afterwards, but he kept running away.... :)
This was a little lizard that I saw one morning on my way out to work! I thought it was so cute! It was reaaaally small and fast!
Evidently our fridge is set a little too cold, because our eggs froze and exploded from the expansion! haha I've never seen that happen before...it looked like an egg snowcone - YUCK!
So I made my first major boo-boo in cooking....Ry went back to S City for our alumni game but I stayed here. I wanted to surprise him with a nice meal when he got home so I threw some ingredients for stew in the crock pot. I guess I didn't listen to my mom very well, though, because I was only supposed to put a little bit of barley in and I put in the whole box! I kept putting more and more water/broth in, but the barley just kept absorbing it up! Mom says Ry must really love me for eating it haha ~ we ended up throwing most of it down the garbage disposal which turned out to be a big mistake because the motor happened to go out then so I had to scoop it all out - not a pretty sight!!
Ry got to see our neice Molly when he was back ~ so lucky! :)
